Forrest is a statistician and data scientist experienced in engineering creative computational solutions to a wide range of quantitative problems. His work has contributed to several fields including: bioinformatics, neuroimaging, pharmacoepidemiology, and injury prevention research. He has written and co-authored over 10 peer-reviewed research papers, had posters in several international conferences, and had his work presented to key policy and decision makers. Forrest graduated with First Class Honours from UNSW holding degrees in statistics and computer science. During his studies, he was a recipient of the UNSW Summer Vacation Research and AMSI Summer School scholarships. Throughout his 5+ years of experience as a researcher, Forrest has demonstrated a continued commitment and capability to work alongside his colleagues in order to answer complex research questions and problems.
